Morupule Cycling Club shines at National Road Championship

This past Sunday, our talented riders proudly represented Morupule Cycling Club at the 2025 National Road Championship, hosted by the Botswana Cycling Association in Gaborone. Our team competed fiercely in the 90km and 140km races, delivering outstanding performances.

Calistas Lesokola clinched 3rd place in the Junior Category, while Mpho Kgothatso also secured 3rd place in the Under-23 Category. Impressive work by the boys, your dedication and effort are truly commendable!

A big congratulations to all the cyclists from the various clubs who took part in the championship. Your passion and sportsmanship continue to raise the standard of cycling in Botswana.

This event also served as a perfect build-up to our upcoming MCC CEO’s Annual Charity Cycle Challenge, happening on 07 September 2025.
