SUPPLIER REGISTRATION

  1. Request for registration – The Supplier to complete the form with their expression of details and submit. Please ensure to verify your email address before your submission.
  2. Review Supplier request – MCML Supply Chain Administration Team review Supplier request and send link to the Suppliers provided email address.
  3. Supplier Application to staging account – Supplier receives approval email and proceeds with registration through the link provided.
  4. Supplier registration forms – Supplier fills in the Company details, Custom fields, More details, Contacts, Stakeholders, Product/Services forms thoroughly. Please note, the Supplier can only select a minimum 1 and maximum of 4 Product & Services.
  5. Uploading documents – Supplier to upload all the required documents in relation to the Business nature. Please note, failure to submit the required may result in the rejection of your application.
  6. Supplier completes registration and submit – Supplier to review their completed tabs and tick on three-declaration check box and select [Lodge Your Application] button to submit application.
  7. The Supplier waits for the MCML Supply Chain Administration Team response upon completion of Internal Assessments.
  8. Should your application be successful, your Business Name will be registered amongst a pool of Prospective Suppliers who are available to be invited to suitable sourcing requirements or be put through a pre-qualification list should Morupule Coal Mine wish to invite any business with you.
  9. By accepting your application, Morupule Coal Mine does not warrant that orders will be placed with your business. Suppliers will be notified of specific business opportunities via dedicated sourcing inquiries run by the responsible sourcing Mine agents.  Competitive quotes and tenders offering value will be the deciding factor in the adjudication of quotes and tenders.
  10. The given information will always remain confidential and will only be used for reference and reporting purposes within Morupule Coal Mine
  11. You will receive an email notifying you of the outcome of this registration in due course
