Morupule Coal Mine welcomes Eskom Executives: Embracing stakeholder focus as a core value
Morupule Coal Mine (MCM) had the honour of hosting esteemed executives from Eskom as part of a fruitful exchange of operational experiences and forging stronger business relationships. The visit commenced with an insightful business update and performance overview, followed by an immersive tour showcasing our opencast mine and Coal Handling and Processing Plant (CHPP).
The aim of this visit was to foster face-to-face discussions, exchange operational experiences, and strengthen our partnership with Eskom. We delved deep into various aspects, including maintaining consistency in performance, cultivating a high-performance culture, refining our human resource strategy, and identifying critical success factors that have propelled us forward over the years.
