The day was filled with joy as fathers shared their experiences, exchanged stories, and celebrated the essence of fatherhood. Poems recited during the event further cemented the important message of Father’s Day, adding a touching and memorable element to the celebration.

Nelson Nareetsile, MCM's Head of Beneficiation, represented our organisation with great pride, emphasising our core values and commitment to our employees. In his inspiring speech, he shared:

"It is with great pride that I stand before you today, representing Morupule Coal Mine, an organisation that not only values its employees but also recognises the significance of family and fatherhood in shaping a supportive and nurturing environment. At the heart of our organisational ethos lies a commitment to fostering a workplace culture that prioritises the well-being of our employees and acknowledges the integral role that family plays in their lives”.

We at MCM are proud to be part of such meaningful celebrations and remain committed to supporting our employees in all aspects of their lives
