Wellness on the menu: MCM kicks off pre-winter health campaign

This week, Wellness office put employee health at the top of the priority list with a vibrant two-day wellness campaign titled “𝙒𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙤𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙈𝙚𝙣𝙪".

The campaign was designed to promote healthy habits and proactive healthcare as we head into the winter season — a time when immunity and lifestyle adjustments become especially important.

 

In collaboration Afiya Clinic, the event featured body composition screening, giving employees a comprehensive overview of their health metrics, including muscle mass, fat percentage, hydration levels, and more. The insights offered an opportunity for staff to better understand their physical health and set goals toward a balanced lifestyle. Adding to the impact, a National Blood Transfusion Services were also hosted on-site, allowing employees to give back to the community in a life-saving way.

Participation was enthusiastic, with many employees stepping forward to contribute to this noble cause. From nutritional advice and health education materials to the friendly support of healthcare

 

professionals, "Wellness on the Menu" served more than just information — it offered motivation and

empowerment for healthier living. MCM extends its gratitude to Afiya Clinic, NBTS, and every employee who participated and helped make the campaign a success.
