MCM HOSTS LONG SERVICE AWARDS AND YEAR END FUNCTION

This past Friday, MCM hosted a remarkable event that combined the Long Service Awards with the Year-End Function. The occasion was a dual celebration, recognizing employees who have dedicated 5, 15, 25, and 35 years of service to MCM, and bidding a fond farewell to retirees. The event also provided a platform for reflecting on the company's performance throughout the year.

In honor of MCM's significant achievement of reaching the 50-year milestone in July 2023, employees enthusiastically embraced the theme by dressing in vintage/retro-inspired outfits. The evening's guest speaker was none other than Mr. Keletsositse Olebile, CEO of the Botswana Investment Trade Centre (BITC), who attended with his executive team. Mr. Olebile commended all the awardees for their exceptional contributions and shared inspiring words with those embarking on new journeys beyond the company.

The festivities reached a crescendo with entertainment from Palapye-based poet Ms. Olebogeng Oagile and the sensational song and dance performances by the legendary Charma Gal.
