Wellness Week March 2026 - A week of impact, awareness and support
Our Wellness Week was a great success and a powerful reminder of the importance of prioritising employee well-being.
Throughout the week, many employees participated in health screenings, taking an important step toward understanding their health and managing their well-being. These screenings help individuals know their numbers and take proactive action toward healthier lifestyles.
Engagements with the pension fund were also well received, with employees having meaningful and informative conversations about their financial future—reinforcing the importance of financial wellness as part of overall well-being.
We were encouraged by the strong support from partner organisations, whose educational stalls created valuable opportunities for employees to access information, ask questions, and connect with services that promote healthier living.
One of the most inspiring highlights was our blood donation drive in partnership with the Botswana National Blood Transfusion Services. Together, employees generously donated over 40 units of blood. a powerful act that will help save many lives.
Most importantly, the week reminded us all that well-being matters. As an organisation, we remain committed to providing support systems that empower healthier, stronger, and more informed individuals.
A sincere thank you to everyone who participated and contributed to making Wellness Week meaningful and impactful.
Together, we continue to build a healthier workplace.
