Provision of security services that encompass both routine and specialized tasks
Conducting foot and vehicle patrols throughout the mine premises
Managing emergency evacuations, securing buildings by locking and unlocking, assisting customers, identifying and mitigating hazards, providing emergency first aid, responding to fire alarms and other emergency situations
Conducting security escorts, and ensuring strict compliance to Morupule Coal Mine policies and procedures
Tender documents will be shared with the Tenderer upon receiving proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of BWP500.00 each only on or before 27 September 2024.

Site Visit
A compulsory site visit for Provision of Security Services- (MCM-SEC-00-0046-2409-CF-1) will be held on 03 October 2024 at 8:30am. It is a pre-requisite that bidders attend a site visit to familiarize themselves with the site, the scope of the services and the environmental conditions under which the services are to be performed

The closing date for the receipt of tender submissions shall be 17 October 2024 – 12:00noon. Tenders received after the closing date and time will not be considered.

Morupule Coal Mine reserves the right to reject or accept any submission and does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any portion of any tender. Acceptance thereof is not binding on the company until confirmed through official notification. The services pertaining to this tender shall be run under Morupule Coal Mine General Conditions of Service, details of which are in the tender documents.
