Supply, Delivery and Commission of Hybrid Electric Light Vehicles – MCM - ENG-00-305-2609-CF-1
The critical aspects of the scope of works (SoW) are as follows but not necessarily limited to;
The intent is to replace confirmed ageing petrol/diesel light vehicles and approved additional light vehicle requirements with suitable, safe and supportable HEV units that reduce fuel consumption, reduce vehicle-related Scope 1 emissions and remain fit for MCM’s operating environment. This Scope of Work is manufacturer-neutral and performance-based. Bidders are required to demonstrate that proposed vehicles satisfy the functional, safety, supportability, warranty, Vehicle Monitoring System / telematics, maintenance and delivery requirements stated in this document.
· procure suitable HEV vehicles for the listed surface applications
· ensure the vehicles are fit-for-purpose for their intended duty
· ensure compliance with MCM safety and Light Duty Vehicle requirements
· confirm MCM-stated vehicle category, drive configuration, ROPS, FOPS and reflective-conspicuity treatment
· confirm OEM/dealer warranty and support
· obtain complete, comparable supplier technical information
· record all deviations, limitations and clarifications
· obtain commercial and lifecycle information required to support MCM’s technical and value assessment
· support MCM’s technical suitability review before any award or purchase order
Tender documents will be shared with the Tenderer upon receiving proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of BWP 500.00 each only on or before 16th October 2026.

The closing date for the receipt of tender submissions shall be 23rd October 2026 – 12:00noon. Tenders received after the closing date and time will not be considered.
Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, facsimile or any other than the one stated above will not be considered. Morupule Coal Mine reserves the right to reject or accept any submission and does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any portion of any tender. Acceptance thereof is not binding on the company until confirmed through official notification. The services pertaining to this tender shall be run under Morupule Coal Mine General Conditions of Service, details of which are in the tender documents.
