Predictive Analytics Platform for Morupule Coal Mine - MCM-ENG-00-204-2602-CF-0
The critical aspects of the scope of works (SoW) are as follows but not necessarily limited to;
· Aggregates data from heterogeneous OT/IT sources in near real-time.
· Uses rule-based analytics and machine learning to interpret & correlate data points to detect anomalies and predict failure risks based on previous scenarios or data points corelations.
· Produces asset health data and improvement opportunities for reliability, energy, emissions, and environmental performance.
· Scales from an initial asset population (selected underground, surface & services equipment) to full mine deployment without platform re-design.
· Capability to integrate with maintenance and operational systems for decision support and (where approved) automated work initiation.
Tender documents will be shared with the Tenderer upon receiving proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of BWP 250.00 each only on or before 04 May 2026.

Site Visit
The site visit shall take place on 05 May 2026 at 08:30hours. It is a pre-requisite that all bidders interested in the “Predictive Analytics Platform for Morupule Coal Mine”, attend a site visit in order to familiarize themselves with the site, the scope of the services and the environmental conditions under which the services are to be performed.
Representatives attending the site visit are required to arrange their own transport, and protective clothing, i.e., steel-toed boots, trousers and long-sleeved shirts.

The closing date for the receipt of tender submissions shall be 19 May 2026 – 12:00noon. Tenders received after the closing date and time will not be considered.

Morupule Coal Mine reserves the right to reject or accept any submission and does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any portion of any tender. Acceptance thereof is not binding on the company until confirmed through official notification. The services pertaining to this tender shall be run under Morupule Coal Mine General Conditions of Service, details of which are in the tender documents.
