Provision Of Quality Monitoring Services for Potable Water, Food Safety, Wastewater and Pollution Monitoring Boreholes for Morupule Coal Mine- 36 months (Tender No MCM-SHE-08-168-2512-CF-0)
The critical aspects of the scope of works (SoW) are as follows but not necessarily limited to;
-
To determine the quality of sewage waste effluent before release and water at the pollution control dam in line with legal requirements (BOS 93:2021).

To determine the quality of effluent from the wash bay oil separators in line with BOS 93:2021.

To determine the quality of potable water in line with legal requirements (BOS 32:2015).

To determine quality of food, people, and equipment hygiene at the canteen in line with applicable legal and other requirements.

To determine the changes in water quality and boreholes water levels from pollution monitoring boreholes in line with applicable legal and other requirements.

To determine quality of the effectiveness of the water and sewage/effluent treatment processes.
Tender documents will be shared with the Tenderer upon receiving proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of BWP500.00 each only on or before 29 January 2026.

Site Visit
A compulsory site visit for 1. Provision Of Quality Monitoring Services for Potable Water, Food Safety, Wastewater and Pollution Monitoring Boreholes - (MCM-SHE-08-168-2512-CF-0) will be held on 22 January 2026 at 8:30am, as such tenderers are requested to be on site at 8:00 and register their name at security office. It is a pre-requisite that bidders attend a site visit to familiarize themselves with the site, the scope of the services and the environmental conditions under which the services are to be performed

Acceptance thereof is not binding on the company until confirmed through official notification.
