Snake Park Operation & Management for Morupule Coal Mine Game Park – (MCM-SHE-8-0020-2408-CF-0)
Companies should fulfil and declare that they have met the following criteria for their submission to be considered further.
1. Have expertise and experience in the management or operation of a snake park.
2. Have a resource trained in handling and management of snake.
3. Reference of their experience is also required.
Bidders are to submit electronic documents containing the following information:
· Methodology (i.e. Your approach)
· Proposed tariffs
· Proposed operating hours
· Risk Assessment and Mitigation plan
· Resources needed for the services
Note that companies are free to submit alternative proposals

Site Visit
The site visit shall take place on 16 August 2024 at 08:30hours. It is a pre-requisite that bidders attend a site visit in order to familiarize themselves with the site, the scope of the services and the environmental conditions under which the services are to be performed. Representatives attending the site visit are required to arrange their own transport, and protective clothing, i.e., steel-toed boots, trousers and long-sleeved shirts).

The closing date for the receipt of tender submissions shall be 30 August 2024 – 12:00noon. Expression of interest submissions received after the closing date and time will not be considered.
Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, facsimile or emailed submissions other than the one stated above will not be considered. Morupule Coal Mine reserves the right to reject or accept any submission and does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any portion of any tender. Acceptance thereof is not binding on the company until confirmed through official notification. The services pertaining to this tender shall be run under Morupule Coal Mine General Conditions of Service, details of which are in the tender documents.
