Supply, Installation and Commission of Solar PV for Admin Block for Morupule Coal Mine in Palapye, Tender No. (MOR/40/23/06-06)
The project aims at installation of security fence for the mine by the end of this year. The works tendered covers mainly clearing, excavation for fence posts and associated works. Only contractors who can demonstrate the following are invited to tender:
· Companies who have electrical works experience.
· The company must have 100% citizen ownership.
· Valid and current BURS tax clearance certificate.
· This tender is open to all qualifying companies irrespective of whether they are registered in the MCM Database
Tender documents will be shared with the Tenderer upon receiving proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of BWP250.00 only on or before 13 June 2023 – 16:00hrs.

Site Visit
The site visit shall take place on 14 June 2023 at 08:300hours. It is a pre-requisite that bidders attend a site visit to familiarize themselves with the site, the scope of the services and the environmental conditions under which the services are to be performed. Representatives attending the site visit are required to arrange their own transport, accommodation, and protective clothing, i.e., hard hat, steel-toed boots, reflective vest, trousers, and long-sleeved shirts).

The closing date for the receipt of tender submissions shall be 22 June 2023 at 12:00 noon. Tenders received after the closing date and time will not be considered.
Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, facsimile or emailed submissions will also not be considered. Morupule Coal Mine reserves the right to reject or accept any submission and does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any portion of any tender. Acceptance thereof is not binding on the company until confirmed through official notification. The services pertaining to this tender shall be run under Morupule Coal Mine General Conditions of Service, details of which are in the tender documents.
