Supply & Delivery of Fuel complete with management systems for Morupule Coal Mine - MCM-SCM-05-0036-2409-CF-0
MCM wishes to establish a contract with a reputable and experienced supplier with experience in Import and wholesale of Petroleum Products for the supply and delivery of fuel complete with management system for a duration of 60 months. The successful bidder must demonstrate the capability to supply, deliver and maintain on site a minimum product of 30 days cover, (Diesel and fuel: approximate minimum stock is 80, 500 litres per week) The supplier will be responsible for managing the storage tanks on site. Compliance with ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management) standards is mandatory. Interested bidders are invited to submit their proposals in accordance with the outlined specifications and requirements. Supplier shall provide competent personnel and/or any other resources required to maintain integrity of all fuel storage (On site self-bunded tanks – Owned by the Supplier) and dispensing facilities to the required standards and as set in Suppliers' Operational Manual and Procedures through effective implementation of a robust maintenance program which will be reviewed from time to time.
Tender documents will be shared with the Tenderer upon receiving proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of BWP500.00 each for any of the above tenders only on or before 12 December 2025.
Note: Bidders who have previously purchased the tender are required to provide proof of prior purchase. Upon verification, such bidders will be issued the tender documents free of charge.

Site Visit:
The site visit shall take place on 12 December 2025 at 08:30hours. It is a pre-requisite that all bidders interested in the “Supply & Delivery of Fuel complete with management systems for Morupule Coal Mine” (number above), attend a site visit in order to familiarize themselves with the site, the scope of the services and the environmental conditions under which the services are to be performed. Representatives attending the site visit are required to arrange their own transport, and protective clothing, i.e., steel-toed boots, trousers and long-sleeved shirts).
