MCM showcases value proposition at Botswana Country Focus Seminar
MCM recently participated in a high-profile seminar focused on the realities and costs of doing business in Botswana. The event, which attracted representatives from various sectors including mining, manufacturing, agriculture, finance, and tourism, provided a platform for MCM to showcase its value proposition and explore potential, partnerships, sales and investment opportunities.
Tshephang Motimedi, Head of Engineering, and Nelson Nareetsile, Head of Beneficiation, represented MCM at the seminar. Motimedi also actively participated in a focus group discussion, where he shared insights on topics such as the potential of the MCM coal resource focusing on its abundance and high quality, the Citizen Economic Empowerment Programme (CEEP), logistical challenges including possible solutions, and community development.
