Morupule Coal Mine celebrates Fathers Day with Gaborone City Council
This Father’s Day, Morupule Coal Mine (MCM) had the honour of joining the Gaborone City Council fathers' day celebration, themed
“𝘾𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙗𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙁𝙖𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙝𝙤𝙤𝙙, 𝘽𝙪𝙞𝙡𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖 𝙇𝙤𝙣𝙜 𝙇𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙇𝙚𝙜𝙖𝙘𝙮. Held on Friday in preparation for the actual day, the event was a joyous occasion filled with laughter, heartfelt testimonials, and inspiring experiences shared by fathers in the community.
The day was filled with joy as fathers shared their experiences, exchanged stories, and celebrated the essence of fatherhood. Poems recited during the event further cemented the important message of Father’s Day, adding a touching and memorable element to the celebration.
Nelson Nareetsile, MCM's Head of Beneficiation, represented our organisation with great pride, emphasising our core values and commitment to our employees. In his inspiring speech, he shared:
